Back at ZERO!

Happy WVNVVWEDNESDAY sexy people!

It’s been 4 weeks now since I started to hit the gym again. I kept on doing some cardio but also started lifting weights. The first few days I was kind of nervous because I didn’t trust my core stability. After hitting the gym for several days I felt stronger so finally I tried lifting heavy weights. Starting with Squats, I remembered the last time I was lifting 65kg at Squats and now I started with 20kg. Two rounds with 12 reps of 20kg then 2 rounds with 25kg and the last round with 30kg. Now after 3 weeks of lifting I can already lift 8 reps of 50kg.

You know the feeling after achieving a new personal record after starting back at zero? YAAAS.. I tried to find my booty again.. HAHAHA, I guess 30kg in 3 weeks is pretty fine as a good start. I am planning to stay at 50kg until the next 10 days just to make sure my ass and my core will work the way they should. With Deadlifts I started strong. Now I lift 8 reps with 60kg. Fortunately my boothang is a personal fitness coach. On some dates at the gym he observes my workouts; correcting me if I am doing some things wrong and also adding few points on my workout. At the beginning I was focused on my ASS to grow but he reminded me of being comfortable with upper body workouts. I tried as many Push Ups as I could. I am starting at 7 clean push ups. After them I just break down because my upper-body is weak in contrast to my lower body part. I really have to work on that. Another workout I am trying lately is to Plank for half a minute. I started with 4rounds each 30sec.

This past month was a good start for this year. Hoping for more progress in the next few weeks. Will keep you updated folks!
